How to Use
YACONZ® Yacon Syrup has the consistency of golden syrup, or a thick honey, and a rich, sweet resinous taste that can remind the taster of raisins.

Use YACONZ® Yacon Syrup for sweetness in all raw, natural recipes where honey, golden syrup, maple syrup, molasses or other sweeteners might be used –oat cakes or flapjack, fruit balls, energy balls or protein balls, muesli slices, brownies and smoothies.

It combines well with chocolate, coconut, pumpkin (Pumpkin Pie) and other foods that take spices well like gingerbread cookies, muffins, cookies and biscuits. It gives a distinctive flavour to dressings and marinades where you might combine it with oils, soy sauce, vinegars and spices.
